Valued for his strategic input into the management and resolution of disputes, Jeremy advises and represents major Australian and global corporations across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors. He has experience with arbitrations conducted under the ICC, ACICA SIAC, and UNCITRAL rules, in respect of which Jeremy and his team regularly conduct their own advocacy. He also has a prominent reputation in the Australian arbitration community – as a legal advisor, counsel and legal academic. He is an arbitrator and Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC). He is the Vice Chair of the Professional Advisory Council to ACICA, and a member of the ACICA Practice & Procedure Board. Jeremy is also a Senior Fellow at the University of Melbourne.
